Cupping has been known to be suitable for many other issues, such as increasing circulation, body aches, aiding the respiratory system, facial paralysis (Bell’s Palsy) and many other neuropathies. The suction formed by Cupping draws up the old non-circulating stagnant blood from the area, bringing them up to the surface and away from the injury so that healthy circulation can be restored to the affected area, thus creating space for oxygen, living cells and nutrients for faster recovery. Indian head massage aims to alleviate tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck, and shoulders while offering relief for fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and sinusitis. It induces a profound sense of relaxation, leaving one feeling more energized, focused, and revitalized.

This technique involves circular strokes on acupressure points of the head, neck, and shoulders, accompanied by the application of warm coconut oil massaged into the scalp and hair. Warm towels enhance the experience for complete relaxation.

As our clinic lacks shower facilities, it’s best to schedule this treatment at day’s end or when time permits washing the oils out of your hair. Indian head massage is particularly beneficial for headaches, eye strain, and sinus issues, offering advantages such as anxiety and fatigue reduction, tension relief in the head and neck, improved sleep, heightened alertness and concentration, and a sense of overall well-being.

Additionally, it enhances joint mobility in the neck and shoulders, boosts energy levels, strengthens the immune system, promotes healthy hair, and improves lymphatic drainage. This treatment is typically added onto regular massage therapy sessions.

Infant massage offers numerous advantages, such as promoting better sleep patterns, alleviating teething discomfort, easing constipation and colic. We address various issues in infants, including TMJ dysfunction, torticollis, breastfeeding challenges (such as latch depth and pain), and limited range of motion. For first-time appointments, a minimum booking of 30 minutes is required, while ongoing treatments can be scheduled for 15 minutes.
