Cancellation Policy

To accommodate our busy therapists, we enforce a strict Cancellation Policy, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, we suggest finding a friend or family member to take your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
