Cancellation Policy
To accommodate our busy therapists, we enforce a strict Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice will be charged with the full service fee. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, we suggest finding a friend or family member to take your appoitnment to avoid the cancellation fee. Alternatively, if we are able to fill the spot, the fee will be waived. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
